Official Rules and Terms for Prize Drawings at Beyond Banking Conference

Event Date: May 30, 2025

1. General Terms

Participation in the prize drawing is open to all attendees of the Beyond Banking Conference who fulfill all entry requirements outlined below. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. How to Enter

To be eligible for the prize drawing, participants must complete the following steps:
1. Subscribe to the following Telegram channels:
• Official channel of the conference’s main sponsor — Beyond Banking Conference by WeFi
• Telegram channel of online conference — Beyond Banking Conference by WeFi
2. Attend the entire live conference, from start to finish, and actively engage during the session.
3. Watch for the secret code word, which will be announced by the host during the live broadcast. This code must be submitted immediately:
• via the official Telegram bot (for those who registered via Telegram), or
• via your personal account on the conference website (for those who registered via email).

3. Prizes & Winner Selection

The prize drawing will take place live during the conference, using the public random number generator service random.org (https://www.random.org/) for transparency.

Available Prizes (1 per winner):

• MacBook
• $1,000 worth of ITO from WeFi (paid in USDT)
• Raffle ticket to enter the Ferrari Supercar Draw

Important Note: Only raffle ticket will be awarded during the conference on May 30 — not the Ferrari itself.
The Ferrari Supercar Draw will take place on June 14, 2025, during an in-person event in Bangkok.
All ticket holders will be able to watch the Ferrari draw online. A link to the livestream will be shared via:
• the official Beyond Banking Conference Telegram bot, and
• the email address used during registration or ticket purchase.

4. Participant Information

Participants who meet all the eligibility criteria will be included in the official prize drawing list.

5. Claiming Prizes

Winners will be contacted by conference managers on Monday, June 2, 2025, using the contact details provided at registration.

Delivery options:
1. Physical shipment — winners can provide a shipping address to receive the item.
2. Monetary equivalent — winners may opt to receive the value of the prize in USDT (TRC-20 wallet), based on the official price listed on Apple’s website as of June 2.

Special cases:
• Raffle ticket will be sent via email (as they are digital).
• ITO prize ($1,000 in USDT) will be transferred to the wallet provided by the winner.

IMPORTANT: If a winner does not respond within 3 (three) calendar days after being contacted, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the prize claim.

6. Liability & Special Restrictions
• The organizers are not responsible for internet outages, technical errors, miscommunication, or incorrect contact details.
• If the winner resides in a region where physical delivery is restricted or unavailable (e.g., Russia or other countries with complex logistics), the prize will be issued in the form of a monetary equivalent in USDT.
• All prize draws are conducted transparently and in real time.
• Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or legal obligations associated with receiving the prize in their respective countries.
